Birko Antifoam 100 is proprietary blend of antifoam compounds with the capacity to prevent foam or kill it immediately. This product is unlike similar products because it works equally well in both oil-based and water-based systems. Birko Antifoam 100 is ideally suited for use in the brewery having been approved by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture.
