This saison (seasonal) yeast is a Belgian isolate and makes for the perfect customer experience when considering the spice and other complexities of the resulting beer. Low attenuation (normally below 80%) lends to a nice sweetness characteristic of seasonal beers and together with the spicy notes makes for a sweet and savory brew.
