Delivery:

We ship same day Monday thru Friday all orders received before 2 PM EST except holidays. Orders received on holidays and weekends will ship next open business day.

Shipping:

A reasonable fee is added to all orders to help defray the cost of packing, shipping; Carrier will be selected; via the discretion of Ferm Solutions Inc.  Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy:

We make every effort to provide high quality products to our customers.  All product sales are final are non-refundable due to the nature of their application, exceptions made for products damaged in transit*.  No exchanges for products ordered in error.
