FSI-016: Lager



Classic lager strain that ferments at lower temps (50-65F) with excellent flocculation. Excellent flavor profiles for lager style beers. Attenuation can be manipulated by varying fermentation variables (temperature, time, vessel type, aeration, additional microbes, amount of inoculum, etc), but in general this strain will go to 80% attenuation when lager-style, lower temp production methods are used.
